fa تحلیل موانع توسعه کارآفرینی در نواحی روستایی مورد: دهستان غنی بیگلو، شهرستان زنجان پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify; ">فعالیت کارآفرینانه در مناطق روستایی، به رغم وجود زمینه های مناسب و متنوع، نهادینه نشده است، زیرا موانع و محدودیت‌های گوناگون، افراد کارآفرین را به نواحی خارج از سکونتگاههای روستایی ترغیب نموده است. در همین راستا در تحقیق حاضر به بررسی مهمترین موانع توسعه کارآفرینی در نواحی روستایی شهرستان زنجان پرداخته شده است. تحقیق حاضر از نظر هدف کاربردی، از نظر درجه نظارت و کنترل میدانی و از نظر ماهیت و روش به صورت توصیفی- تحلیلی می باشد. جامعه آماری تحقیق شامل خانوارهای روستایی دهستان غنی بیگلو می‌باشد، این دهستان در سرشماری سال 1390 دارای 33 روستا، 2330 خانوار و 9843 نفر جمعیت بوده که نمونه مورد بررسی 195 خانوار در 12 روستا از این دهستان است. روش گردآوری اطلاعات به صورت کتابخانه&shy;ای و میدانی (پرسشنامه) بوده است و با استفاده از تحلیل عاملی تجزیه و تحلیل داده&shy;ها صورت گرفته است. نتایج تحقیق نشان می&shy;دهد عامل اقتصادی، فردی و زیرساختی با توجیه 13.64 درصد واریانس، مهمترین مانع توسعه کارآفرینی در نواحی روستایی می&shy;باشد. ضمن اینکه پایین بودن احساس تعلق مکانی، عدم فرصت&shy;های مناسب اشتغال، عدم سرمایه کافی، پایین بودن ریسک اشتغال و امکان تغییر شغل در نواحی روستایی از محدودیت&shy;های مهم توسعه کارآفرینی در روستاهای مورد مطالعه بوده است.</div> <div style="text-align: justify; "><span class="fontstyle0">Entrepreneurial activities in rural areas in spite of existence of appropriate and varied&nbsp;situation have not been institutionalized yet. It is argued that varied restrictions and&nbsp;barriers forced entrepreneurs to leave the rural areas. This paper aims to investigate the&nbsp;most important barriers regarding entrepreneurial activities in rural areas of Zanjan.&nbsp;From purpose stand point the research method has applied nature. It is followed by field&nbsp;work as well as descriptive-analytical method. The statistical society composed of rural&nbsp;households of Ghani Baglo district. According to ١٣٩٠ census it is associated with ٣٣&nbsp;villages, ٢٣٣٠ households and population of ٩٨٤٣. ١٩٥ households out of ١٢ villages&nbsp;were drawn. Data gathering technique is based on documentary as well as questionnaire.&nbsp;Data analysis is supported by principle component analysis. This study suggests that&nbsp;economic, individual, structural factors are capable of explaining ١٣.٦٤ % of the&nbsp;variations and are considered as the most prominent barriers regarding rural&nbsp;entrepreneurial activities.
