fa چالش‌‌های زنجیره تولید ارزش گاو شیری در ایران تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:">هدف:</span></span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:"> با توجه به نیاز کشور به تولیدات دامی ایجاد و توسعه واحدهای پرورش گاو شیری در کشور بسیار ضروری است. از طرفی چالش‌های عدیده‌ای در زنجیره تولید ارزش این بخش وجود دارد. هدف پژوهش حاضر شناسایی چالش‌های زنجیره تولید ارزش گاو شیری است.</span></span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:11.0pt"></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:">روش پژوهش: </span></span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:">این پژوهش کمی از لحاظ هدف کاربردی، از لحاظ میزان کنترل متغیرها میدانی و از لحاظ نحوه گردآوری داده‌ها توصیفی است. ابزار پژوهش پرسشنامه محقق&rlm;ساخت بود. جامعه آماری متخصصان، فعالان و صاحبنظران بخش تولید گاو شیری در ایران بودند. پایایی و روایی پرسشنامه به ترتیب با استفاده از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ و روش اعتبار محتوایی مورد تأیید قرار گرفت. تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار </span></span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:9.0pt">SPSS</span> <span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:">در دو سطح آمار توصیفی و استنباطی انجام شد.</span></span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:11.0pt"></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:">یافته‌ها: </span></span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:">بر اساس نتایج، مهم&rlm;ترین چالش‌ها به‌ترتیب تأمین منابع مالی، چالش</span></span><span dir="LTR" lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:">&lrm;</span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:">های مربوط به مراکز اصلاح نژاد و چالش&rlm;های اداری و سازمانی (رتبه&rlm;های اول تا سوم) می‌باشند. چالش&rlm;های زیست‌محیطی، چالش&rlm;های مراکز عرضه و فروش تولیدات گاوداری و چالش&rlm;های صنایع تبدیلی و فرآوری محصولات دامی در رتبه&rlm;های آخر (دوازدهم تا چهاردهم) این دسته&rlm;بندی قرار دارند. </span></span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:11.0pt"></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="background:white"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:">نتیجه‌گیری: </span></span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:">در تمامی &rlm;چالش&rlm;ها میانگین رتبه&rlm;ای هر دسته چالش از مقدار حد وسط آن بیش&rlm;تر و اختلاف میانگین در همه چالش</span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span cambria="" style="font-family:">‌</span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:">ها با مقدار حد وسط از نظر آماری معنی‌دار است.</span></span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:11.0pt"></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp; <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:14.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span style="font-size:9.0pt">Objective</span></b><span style="font-size:9.0pt">: Considering the country&#39;s need for livestock products, it is very necessary to establish and develop dairy cattle breeding units in the country. On the other hand, there are many challenges in the value production chain of this sector. The aim of the current research is to identify the challenges of the dairy cow value production chain. </span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:14.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span style="font-size:9.0pt">Methods</span></b><span style="font-size:9.0pt">: This research is descriptive in terms of practical purpose, in terms of control of field variables and in terms of data collection method. The research tool was a researcher-made questionnaire. The statistical population was specialists, activists and experts in the dairy cattle production sector in Iran. The reliability and validity of the questionnaire were confirmed using Cronbach&#39;s alpha coefficient and content validity method, respectively. Data analysis was done using SPSS software at two levels of descriptive and inferential statistics. </span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:14.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span style="font-size:9.0pt">Results</span></b><span style="font-size:9.0pt">: According to the results, the most important challenges are, in order of providing financial resources, challenges related to eugenics centers, and administrative and organizational challenges (first to third ranks). Environmental challenges, challenges of cattle products supply and sales centers, and challenges of livestock products transformation and processing industries are in the last ranks (twelfth to fourteenth) of this category. </span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:14.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span style="font-size:9.0pt">Conclusions</span></b><span style="font-size:9.0pt">: in all challenges, the rank average of each challenge category is higher than its median value, and the average difference in all challenges with the median value is statistically significant.</span></span></span></span><br> <br> <br> &nbsp; کلیدواژه‌ها: ایران, دامپروری, زنجیره تولید ارزش, گاو شیری.
