fa شناسایی و سطح‌بندی مؤلفه‌های خوداشتغالی روستائی با رویکرد ISM مورد مطالعه: استان آذربایجان شرقی تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:nasimYW;"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" times=""><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" mitra="">هدف: </span></span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" mitra="">این پژوهش برمبنای شناسایی، بررسی و سطح بندی مولفه‌های موثر در خوداشتغالی روستایی در استان آذربایجان شرقی به دنبال پاسخگویی به سوالات و اهداف زیر می‌باشد: مؤلفه‌های خوداشتغالی مهم در روستاهای استان آذربایجان شرقی کدامند؟، هر یک از مؤلفه‌های خوداشتغالی روستائی شناسایی شده، در چه سطحی قرار دارند؟، الگو یا مدل روابط مؤلفه‌های خوداشتغالی روستائیان چگونه است؟ و در نهایت سیاست‌ها و تصمیم‌های موثر برای توسعه و افزایش خوداشتغالی روستائیان چیست؟.</span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" times=""><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" mitra="">روش پژوهش: </span></span></b><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" mitra="">روش</span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" mitra="">‌شناسی این پژوهش</span></span><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" mitra=""> توصیفی-تحلیلی بوده که به صورت کیفی در قالب تکنیک مدل‌سازی ساختاری-تفسیری (</span></span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:11.0pt">ISM</span><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" mitra="">) اقدام به سطح‌بندی و تعیین روابط مؤلفه‌های خوداشتغالی تأثیرگذار در روستاها </span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" mitra="">گردید</span></span><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" mitra="">. </span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" mitra="">جامعۀ آماری این پژوهش شامل 34 نفر از افراد واجد شرایط از اساتید دانشگاهی و مدیران ارشد در سطح استان آذربایجان شرقی می‌باشد که در امر خوداشتغالی روستائیان صاحب‌نظر می‌باشند. بر اساس تئوری وارفیلد در مدل‌سازی ساختاری- تفسیری و&nbsp; ملاک خبرگی بر اساس دو شاخص میزان تجربۀ و سطح تحصیلات 13 نفر اعضای نمونۀ پژوهشی به عنوان خبرگان در نظر گرفته شد. </span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" times=""><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" mitra="">یافته‌ها: </span></span></b><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" mitra="">یافته‌های &nbsp;این مدل نشان داد که چهار مؤلفه: زیرساخت‌های مناسب، تسهیل مقررات و فرآیندهای اداری، فرهنگ و روابط اجتماعی ، روحیه فردی و تربیتی، به عنوان عوامل پایه‌ای و مبنایی در مولفه‌های یازده‌گانه توسعۀ خوداشتغالی روستائیان استان آذربایجان شرقی می‌باشند. </span></span>&nbsp;<b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="font-family:"B Mitra""></span></span></b></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" times=""><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" mitra="">نتیجه‌گیری: </span></span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" mitra="">ایجاد زیرساخت‌ها و فراهم کردن امکانات مناسب در روستاها، تفویض اختیار به استان‌ها و تمرکز زدایی در برنامه‌ریزی روستاها، اصلاح و بازنگری قوانین و مقررات بازدارنده مرتبط با اشتغال روستائیان، فعال‌سازی میزهای تخصصی اقتصاد و اشتغال روستایی، ارائه آموزش‌های مهارتی به داوطلبان خوداشتغالی در روستاها از&nbsp; جمله نتایج و پیشنهادات کاربردی&nbsp; پژوهش هستند.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></div> &nbsp; <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><span style="line-height:14.0pt"><span new="" roman="" times=""><b>Objective</b>: This research is based on the identification, investigation and stratification of the effective components in rural self-employment in East Azarbaijan province and seeks to answer the following questions and objectives: What are the important components of self-employment in the villages of East Azarbaijan province? Each of the identified rural self-employment components, At what level are they located? What is the pattern or model of the relationships of the self-employed components of the villagers? And finally, what are the effective policies and decisions for the development and increase of rural self-employment.</span></span><br> <span style="line-height:14.0pt"><span new="" roman="" times=""><b>Methods</b>: The methodology of this research is descriptive-analytical, which qualitatively used structural-interpretive modeling (ISM) technique to stratify and determine the relationships of influential self-employment components in villages. The statistical population of this research includes 34 qualified people from university professors and senior managers at the level of East Azarbaijan province, who are experts in rural self-employment.
